Ingredients
2 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 cup gluten-free thick rolled oats
1/2 cup gluten-free oats flour
1 cup blueberries
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 degrees C
Mix the ingredients in a medium bowl
Fill the muffin cups right to the top
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven
Tips
You can make oats flour at home; add thick rolled oats to a blender or food processor, blend until the oats have turned into a fine flour
